But Darlene came up with a logical solution. Build poop drop-off pits that lead right into the sewer. What a concept.

Trying to get my mind out of the sewer....
Nobody wants to walk in a park only to step in a gift left behind by a dog. But now that the law dictates you must pick up after your pooch, we're literally throwing the problem into plastic bags that don't biodegrade in the landfill.
