This was found out to be a viral ad for a show on CourtTV in the USA. The same billboard was seen simultaneously in Los Angeles and New York City. The precursor was a blog site about a woman named Emily who supposedly found out her husband was cheating on her with her best friend. The site went on for 14 days even though most people figured it out.
