When a Canadian asks if anyone noticed that life expectancy in Canada (assigning credit to the health care system) is higher than in the US, Bill responds by saying, "Well, that's to be expected Peter, because we have 10 times as many people as you do. That translates to 10 times as many accidents, crimes, down the line."Now I'm certain his show is a comedy.
