City of growth

I am home to 23 million residents, almost 3 times as much as New York City.

I am growing by 500,000 people per year.

I have 11 subway lines, by 2025 I will have 22 of them.

I have a high speed magnetic levitation train line.

I have over 200 skyscrapers.

Where am I?

Yeah, we were thinking Bejing or Hong Kong, either way that's a LOT of people.
